The last few years have been anything but ordinary and for that reason we have been lenient with our cancellation policy. If you do not show up to your appointment it affects your care and the care of those on our waitlist. We understand last minute changes happen, but we ask that you make every effort to attend your appointments.
We take pride in providing quality care. We kindly ask for 48 clinic hours notice for any changes to your appointments.
If you cannot provide us with 48 clinic hours notice or do not show for your appointment you will be charged a fee of $25.00. Repeated no-shows will be charged the full appointment amount.
To cancel or make changes to your appointment please call or email during clinic hours, and leave a voicemail if no one is available to answer your call.
